At OMOS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
60-Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Are received after the 60-day return window.
- Show signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
- Do not include proof of purchase.
