At OMOS, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been processed for shipment, whichever occurs first.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the purchase

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may be eligible to return it under our 30-Day Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription product, you may cancel future recurring orders at any time before the next billing date.

Canceling a subscription does not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.
