Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If further assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
OMOS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Pre-Order Policy
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
